These terms describe important information about Spell n Sprout, provided by Tensor Labs LLC. By using the app, you agree to comply with applicable terms and App Store rules.
Parent-guided use
Spell n Sprout is designed for parents and caregivers to set up spelling practice for children. An adult should manage purchases, settings, and support requests.
Free and Family features
The Free version supports one child and spelling lists of 5–15 words. Optional Family access supports up to five children and lists of 5–40 words, subject to the app's current feature limits.
Annual Family subscription
The Annual Family subscription renews automatically each year unless canceled. The U.S. price is $14.99 per year; your App Store purchase screen displays the applicable price and currency before you confirm. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period unless Apple determines otherwise.
Family Lifetime purchase
Family Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the current Family feature tier without an annual renewal. The U.S. price is $29.99; the applicable price is shown before purchase. This is not a promise that every future feature or separate product will be included.
Purchase restoration and refunds
Eligible purchases can be restored through the app using the Apple Account associated with the purchase. Billing, subscription management, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Educational use
The app is a practice aid, not a guarantee of test results or academic performance. Parents remain responsible for reviewing word lists and supervising use.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how app and support information is handled.
Apple license agreement
Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, where applicable. If any term here conflicts with mandatory consumer rights or applicable Apple terms, those rights and terms control to the extent required by law.
